Calendar data and permissions
When authorized, the tool accesses calendar and event data needed to synchronize the selected calendars. This can include event titles, descriptions, dates and times, locations, recurrence details, reminders, organizer and attendee details, and identifiers used to match events.
The tool requests Google Calendar access that permits viewing, creating, changing, and deleting calendars and events. The configured synchronization is limited to the selected calendars. The permission itself is broader than that configuration. Google authorization uses OAuth; the tool does not receive a Google account password.
How data is used and shared
Calendar data is used to synchronize events between Google Calendar and the configured CalDAV server, detect changes, resolve synchronization problems, and make recovery backups. Synchronization can copy changes and deletions between the connected calendars.
Calendar data is transferred between Google and the configured CalDAV server as part of synchronization. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train artificial intelligence models. The tool does not provide other people with access to the connected calendars. Any sharing already configured in those calendar services still applies.
The tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Authorization tokens, synchronization records, and recovery backups are stored on the operator's own systems. Access to the tool's credential files is restricted to its operating account. Calendar connections use HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee complete security.
Retention and control
Events remain in the connected calendar services until changed or deleted there or through synchronization. Local synchronization records and backups remain until the operator removes them; there is no automatic deletion deadline.
The operator can stop synchronization and revoke Google access through Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized access, but does not itself delete events already copied to another calendar, local records, or backups. Those copies must be removed separately.

This page is static HTML. It contains no JavaScript, analytics, advertising, forms, or embedded third-party resources, and the page itself does not set cookies or access calendar data.
The web servers keep operational access and error logs. These can include an IP address, request time, requested address, browser information, referring page, and response status. Following an external link opens a separate website with its own privacy practices.
